Any cutting or chemical processes, such as perming or coloring, should be done by a professional hair stylist. We do not recommend lifting or bleaching human hair; depositing color provides the best result.

I absolutely loved this unit! Prior to purchase, I read the reviews and reviewed pics from customers. My rep messaged me frequently on my order status and even called the day it was delivered to make sure I was satisfied with my product. The pictures I have uploaded are of my first day wearing the unit. I'm no personal. I'm still trying to lay my lace flat and customize it to my liking. I'm wearing a 12 in. No cutting or coloring . First off I wanted to wait a week before I left my feedback so I could review it honestly. I’m very happy with the hair so far, it’s true to its length and density. The communication was at the right level and I wasn’t bombarded with message. Lillian helped me with the colour as natural black wasn’t dark enough and she suggested 1b. It took 7 days to dye and process the hair and 2 days for it to be delivered. If I had to think of any downside it would be that the ends are a little bit dry but that doesn’t bother me. I would recommend this hair and this seller. Thanks!

The hair is exactly how its described very full and luxurious. Be very careful with your lace over time because a bald spot will occur in the middle, Ive bought from this company over 3 times and the same unit so I love it allot, I wouldn't recommend dying it because it dries the hair out and it doesn't look as soft after you do dye it, but other than that the hair is amazing and it comes pre plucked!!!
