We do not recommend sleeping, showering or swimming while wearing the wig.
Store the wig on a wig stand to avoid unwanted kinks or crimps.
Lace is delicate and should not be tugged or pulled.
Avoid brushing the hair when wet to prevent damage.
Any cutting or chemical processes, such as perming or coloring, should be done by a professional hair stylist. We do not recommend lifting or bleaching human hair; depositing color provides the best result.

Yes the knots are lightly bleached. Please do not try to bleach it more. It may cause shedding issues.

I like that they had the tag with hair details. The hair is soft to the touch and I will do a further update once I was and use the hair. as of right now I am more than pleased with my purchase

I bought 16 inches it's gorgeous, it does shed a little bit but nothing big. I've had it on my head for two days now, I'll leave additional feedback at the end of the month.

I LIVE THIS HAIR!!! This product quality is amazing, the seller is amazing, customer service is amazing!! First off I got the hair in like 3 days. The seller answered all of my questions super fast. I have ordered hair from them a few times and the quality is always on point. I got the hair in 12 inches. The quality of the pony tail is amazing and will last a long time! I love that the drawstring is thick! Lol you won’t have to worry about it snapping. The hair matches my hair 4a-4b texture perfectly!! If you comb out the curls a little it could match 4c as well. When I got the hair it had a slight smell but not bad. I always shampoo and condition hair when I first get it. I used the Trader Joe’s spa nourish shampoo and the tea tree tingle conditioner, then I moisturized with some Cantu leave in and seald the hair with a little avocado oil. This keeps the hairs super soft and moisturized for a long period of time. I definitely recommend this product for anyone with kinkier hair texture
