Whey you first receive the wig you won’t see it’s potentially at first but once adding water & conditioner into a spray bottle & using my deeming brush it all came together beautifully, I will definitely be ordering again ! The hair is very soft coming out the package. It did have a factory smell but shampoo will get that right out. The hair is very thick and full. I didn’t take any pictures of the wig straight out the package but I did take pictures of it after i washed and conditioned the hair. The is the best hair I’ve ever purchased. This is definitely well worth your money. I got 20 inches and I’ll upload pictures once I have it on and styled. The seller communication was great also. It took a week for my package to arrive.
